ORANGE COUNTY, CA, November 7, 2000 - E-commerce management company Pierpoint-Martin, which operates the FitBuy.com online superstore as well as other fitness-related e-commerce sites, today announced an alliance with fitness apparel manufacturer HotSkins International.

Founded in 1988 by clothing designer Trish Sereda and located in fitness "mecca" Venice, California, HotSkins Bodywear International is one of the leading manufacturers of exercise and fitness apparel in the U.S. The HotSkins brand is widely known and respected. HotSkins clothing is worn and endorsed by numerous celebrities including actress Pamela Anderson, fitness model Mike O'Hearn, and World Wrestling Federation star Hulk Hogan.

Under the agreement announced today, FitBuy.com will takeover the management of the HotSkins World Wide Web site (www.HotSkins.com). The design and operation of the site will be upgraded, and the product mix will be broadened to include other fitness products in addition to HotSkins clothing.

The alliance with HotSkins is the latest in a series of exclusive, long-term e-commerce development and management agreements that Pierpoint-Martin has recently concluded with major fitness product manufactures and retailers.
