ORANGE COUNTY, CA, December 15, 2000 - E-commerce management company Pierpoint-Martin, which operates the FitBuy.com online superstore as well as other fitness-related e-commerce sites, today announced an alliance with ECA World Fitness.

Established in 1991, ECA World Fitness has become one of the largest fitness convention producers and educational organizations within the fitness field. ECA is an international organization dedicated to furthering the education of health and fitness professionals and the promotion of current information and trends in the rapidly changing fitness industry.

Under the agreement announced today, Pierpoint-Martin will provide credit card merchant accounts to ECA World Fitness members. ECA World Fitness members will also will receive Free FitBuy.com Professional Memberships and discounts when they shop at FitBuy.com.
