ORANGE COUNTY, CA, August 14, 2001 - E-commerce management company Pierpoint-Martin, which operates the FitBuy.com online superstore as well as other fitness-related e-commerce sites, today announced an alliance with Women's Fitness International Inc., publisher of Women's Fitness International magazine. Under their alliance, Pierpoint-Martin will operate Women's Fitness' three web sites as well as provide fulfillment for Women's Fitness International magazine and nutritional products.

In addition to publishing the highly-popular Women's Fitness International magazine, Women's Fitness International also sells a line of fat-loss nutritional supplements designed specifically for women. Pierpoint-Martin will operate Women's Fitness' e-commerce site, www.WFIHealth.com, as well as their WomensFitnessOnline.com and BodyByChoice.com sites. These sites allow visitors to view content from recent issues of Women's Fitness International magazine, purchase subscriptions, and shop for Women's Fitness International nutritional supplements and other fitness products.
