Health Club Equipment Supplier Chooses
Pierpoint-Martin As Exclusive E-Commerce Provider

During this exclusive agreement Pierpoint-Martin will
utilize its proprietary e-commerce technology and infrastructure to provide
site design and hosting, customer service, order processing, order fulfillment
and merchandising for the SILFitness.com e-commerce site. The site, which is
aimed at fitness professionals and facilities, will feature more than 2,000
fitness-related products.
Pierpoint-Martin will be the exclusive e-commerce
provider for SIL Fitness and will also help to enhance SIL's fulfillment capabilities.

SIL Fitness is the latest in a string of companies to
turn to Pierpoint-Martin for help increasing e-commerce revenue.
Pierpoint-Martin now runs e-commerce operations for more than a dozen companies
including nutritional supplement manufacturer and retailer General Nutrition
Corp., magazine publisher Women's Fitness International, fitness apparel makers
T. Micheal and HotSkins Bodywear, and direct marketing leader Encore Marketing.
