Pierpoint-Martin Awarded Contract by Global Communications
Technology Provider Arris International, Inc.
Under
the agreement, Pierpoint-Martin will design and operate the ArrisStore.com
e-commerce site as well as provide inventory, fulfillment, and first-line
e-mail and telephone customer support for ARRIS.
ARRIS
will also have access to Pierpoint-Martin’s proprietary web-based BackOffice
system. This combined order entry,
inventory management, and CRM system allows the distribution of customer
support operations across multiple facilities and organizations while providing
customer support staff with instant access to real-time customer, order,
inventory, and shipping information.
