Pierpoint-Martin Web-Based Staffing Solution Selected by Placement Firm TekDrive, Inc.

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 1, 2003--Business technology, software solution, and e-commerce outsource solution provider Pierpoint-Martin today announced that its web-based staffing solution, Pierpoint-Martin Staffing, has been selected for use by placement firm TekDrive, Inc.

Under the agreement announced today, TekDrive will use Pierpoint-Martin Staffing for managing employer, position, and candidate information as well as automating invoicing of employers for candidates who have already been placed in positions.

Pierpoint-Martin Staffing is a complete, integrated, web-based staffing solution for both staffing firms and in-house human resources departments. Pierpoint-Martin Staffing features an integrated CRM system (including bi-directional e-mail) for maintaining relationships with employers and candidates, automatic resume parsing to speed entry of new candidate data and reduce data entry errors, integrated invoicing for one-step billing, and a flexible commission system which allows commissions to be associated with employers, positions, and/or candidates.

Pierpoint-Martin Staffing also includes a candidate interface which, if enabled, allows job candidates to review open positions and post and update their personal profiles and resumes directly via the web.
