Awarded Contract by European Hair Care Giant Pure Concept Inc

Pierpoint-Martin today announced that Pure Concept Inc. has signed an agreement
with Pierpoint-Martin for website design, e-commerce, fulfillment, and customer
care services for the American launch of its Tibet Beauty hair care products.
Under
the agreement, Pierpoint-Martin will design and operate the Tibet Beauty
e-commerce site as well as provide inventory, fulfillment, and first-line
e-mail and telephone customer support for TibetBeautyStore.com.
TibetBeautyStore.com
will also have access to Pierpoint-Martin's proprietary web-based BackOffice
system. This combined order entry, inventory management, and CRM system allows
the distribution of customer support operations across multiple facilities and
organizations while providing customer support staff with instant access to
real-time customer, order, inventory, and shipping information.
