developer Steel Beach Productions to provide web and software development
services.

Productions is a Florida-based firm specializing in the development of
electronic learning products.
Using 3D computer animation, high impact graphics, and other special
effect, Steel Beach delivers world-class interactive training and multimedia
services to industry and government.
Under the agreement
announced today, Pierpoint-Martin will be assisting Steel Beach both with the
development of new e-learning modules. Pierpoint-Martin will also be
maintaining and enhancing Steel Beach's we-based Learning Management System.
